About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Investigation Specialist to join our team at Peoples Bank. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our management team to identify and mitigate potential fraud risks, ensuring the integrity of our financial systems and protecting our customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations of potential fraud cases, analyzing data and identifying areas of risk.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce bank loss and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other lines of business to gather information and documentation, ensuring that cases are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or a high school diploma and a minimum of two years' banking experience.
  • Strong understanding of fraud analytics solutions or a commitment to learn independently and document processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with others and prepare internal communications relevant to fraud cases.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
