We are seeking experienced Tax Professionals who can work remotely and inspire confidence in our clients through exceptional service and expert tax knowledge.

As a seasonal Tax Professional with H&R Block, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients and supporting do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools such as video conferencing, phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools

  • Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services

  • Understand the importance of teamwork and communicate regularly with leaders and peers about your remote work's impact on results

  • Continuously grow your tax expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Experience completing individual tax returns

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Access to high-speed, reliable internet

  • Proficiency in technology, specifically MS Teams and Outlook

  • Able to communicate complex tax situations concisely via phone, email, and chat

  • Strong customer service skills and analytical problem-solving abilities

  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during peak tax season

  • Ability to research information using various tax and publication tools to understand the client's needs
