Patient Services Associates play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care at Pennsylvania Medicine. Responsibilities
  • Greets and interacts with patients in a pleasant and professional manner, analyzes problems from their perspective, and learns/anticipates individual needs to deliver seamless patient service.
  • Takes accountability for ensuring patient/work areas are neat and clean, orders supplies as requested, and manages/handles patient requests and routes appropriately.
  • Collaborates with clinical, technical, and business professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • Computer knowledge and skills
  • Ability to speak English for a business setting
  • Customer-focused communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Critical thinking and multi-tasking skills
  • 2+ years Medical office experience or customer service experience
