Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Custodian. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including floor maintenance, carpet shampooing, and window washing.
- Dispose of waste following established procedures and health protocols.
- Dust and damp mop surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Rearrange furniture and equipment as necessary for effective cleaning.
- Utilize assigned cleaning materials and equipment to sanitize all surfaces.
- Identify areas needing attention and take initiative to address them.
- Complete tasks as directed by supervisors in compliance with all relevant guidelines.
- Engage with team members and clients professionally.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidates.
Compensation and Benefits:
