General Summary

As a Sonographer at All-Stat Portable, your primary responsibility is to obtain high-quality imaging results. This role necessitates the proficient operation of ultrasound equipment while ensuring that patients feel at ease and are well-informed throughout the imaging process. You will be the point of contact for any inquiries or concerns patients may have regarding their ultrasound examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to various healthcare facilities as required
• Conduct diagnostic ultrasound examinations utilizing portable equipment
• Process and upload imaging results to a PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System)
• Complete and manage necessary documentation

Qualifications

• ARDMS certification (AB + Vascular), RVT preferred
• Maintain continuing medical education (CME) for licensure and certification
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Have reliable transportation for work-related travel
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication abilities
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Strong computer literacy and software proficiency
• Availability for night and weekend shifts
• Previous experience in mobile imaging is advantageous

Educational Background

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in ultrasound technology
