Job Title: Lift Truck Parts Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Parts Customer Care Representative to join our team as a Lift Truck Parts Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and processing incoming parts calls, pulling orders, receiving and putting up stock, and developing relationships with vendors. In addition, the representative will enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction and responding to customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
  • Pull orders, receive and put up stock.
  • Order parts and develop relationships with Crown factory and outside vendors.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction with parts support and respond to customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
