Job Summary

Papa John's - KGK is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation, including checking orders for quality and accuracy, and following proper delivery procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
  • Work as part of a team to assist each other during shifts and complete all closing duties, including cleaning.
  • Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions, and execute cash management duties.
  • Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average and distributing door hangers during every shift.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Reliable vehicle and the ability to drive.
  • Skills: Cash management, planning and organization, effective communication.
