  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and report findings to management.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Physical Demands
  • Standing and Walking: Consistently stand and walk throughout the day, with frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of heavier items.
  • Visual and Auditory: Continuously use visual and auditory skills to monitor inventory levels, operate equipment, and communicate with team members.
