About the Naval Nuclear Laboratory

Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to become a member of our Information Technology (IT) Telecommunications team. This role is essential in a technically diverse and dynamic environment, where you will collaborate with a team of System Administrators overseeing all facets of our telecommunications systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and integrate the needs of a multi-site user community with available resources to devise and implement effective solutions.
- Enhance functionality, increase capacity, and improve the performance of the IT services provided.
- Administer Microsoft Teams and develop network configuration standards, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Utilize network monitoring tools to support network administrators and personnel.
- Assist in managing telephone systems, including lifecycle management activities.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
