Therapeutic Interventionist

Coastal Horizons Center is seeking a skilled Homebuilders Specialist to join our team. As a Homebuilders Specialist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic interventions in home and community settings with identified youth and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Homebuilders Model in a therapeutic and supportive manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with youth and their families.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support services.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or related area.
• Experience working with multi-problem children and families.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule.
• Understanding of the IFPS philosophy and intervention strategies.
• Willingness to participate in initial and ongoing training.
