Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern is a fun, fast, friendly neighborhood tavern that values its associates and strives to create a positive work environment.

We are seeking a Host to join our team, responsible for creating a positive first impression and making our guests feel welcome on the phone and in person. The successful candidate will control the seating of guests in the dining room to ensure quality service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.

• Report to work on time and maintain a clean and organized uniform
• Exemplify hospitality standards and provide excellent customer service
• Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist with duties and communicate suggestions for improvement
• Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and report potentially unsafe conditions
• Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
