  • Obtain IPC 610 Certification.
Operator Levels:
  • Level I: Operate the 5DX machine under moderate supervision, performing inspection tasks with reasonable accuracy and speed. Requires 0-3 years of industry experience.
  • Level II: Independently operate the 5DX machine, performing inspection tasks with high accuracy and speed. Requires 3-5 years of industry experience.
  • Level III: Define and execute complex inspection programs without supervision, utilizing customer-provided documentation. Requires advanced diagnostic and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
  • Strong mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Capability to interpret data and graphs.
  • Common sense understanding to follow instructions in various formats.
  • Ability to address problems involving standard variables.
  • Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities are necessary for the role.
  • Exposure to mechanical parts and potentially hazardous materials is part of the job.
  • Work environment may be loud.
