Hotel Maintenance Specialist

As a valued member of our team at the Woodbury Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional quality of our hotel facilities. Your primary focus will be to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality in our guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair various aspects of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, utilizing skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, painting, and landscaping.
- Clean and maintain the spa area to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests.
- Ensure the hotel vehicles are well-maintained and available for guest transportation as needed.
- Be prepared to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of our 24/7 operation.
- Conduct regular maintenance and safety inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with at least six months of experience or training in a related field, including the skills mentioned above.
- A basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, wall covering, and landscaping principles and procedures is essential.
- Technical certifications in electrical, plumbing, or other related fields are highly valued.
- Punctuality and reliable work attendance are crucial for maintaining our high standards.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
- All team members are expected to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to our company's standards.
