Position: Middle School English Language Arts & Foreign Language Instructor

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist students in developing harmonious relationships with peers.
  • Provide instructional support under the guidance of the lead teacher.
Job Objective: The primary aim of an educator is to motivate and empower students to realize their full potential. Essential Skills and Competencies: While we welcome a diverse range of backgrounds, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid teaching certification in Michigan with endorsements for the appropriate grade and subject levels, in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with an alternative pathway, including successful completion of the relevant certification examinations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the curriculum and/or specific subject matter to be taught.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology as an instructional resource, for analyzing academic performance data, and for facilitating effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, utilizing standard grammar and vocabulary.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Recent experience in teaching, coursework, or related activities in primary education.
  • Proven knowledge of contemporary instructional strategies suitable for the specified grade level.
  • Commitment and capability to work with students of varying backgrounds and abilities to help them achieve their educational objectives.
