Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Intermediate Care Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals requiring critical attention. With a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, this fast-paced environment offers an excellent starting point for RNs interested in specializing in ICU or Trauma areas.

About the Role

  • Deliver compassionate and individualized care to patients with complex medical needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patients' conditions, including cardiac and neuro patients, in a step-down unit from ICU.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
  • Possess an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Maintain BLS certification throughout your employment.
  • Obtain ACLS certification within 12 months of hire.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
