Transload Operator

We are seeking a skilled Transload Operator to join our team at HC-Minerals, a leading provider of proppant and logistics services. As a Transload Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient unloading of sand at our facilities.

• Unload sand from railcars and direct it to the appropriate truck or silo.
• Monitor flows and prepare empty cars for transit.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, and perform regular maintenance.
• Participate in the construction of facilities and installation of equipment.
• Assist truck drivers with loading and keep facilities orderly and clean.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of work experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to sit, stand, reach, lift 50 lbs., and manipulate heavy loads or levers.
