Position Overview

An esteemed organization is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst. This role is pivotal in managing various accounting responsibilities and supporting one of the subsidiaries under the parent corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct general accounting tasks including close activities related to financial statements for advertising and gift cards.
  • Prepare and analyze internal reporting packages while identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies.
  • Reconcile specific balance sheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Compile and review quarterly balance sheets and income statements for SEC reporting purposes.
  • Facilitate annual audit processes and collaborate with auditors as needed.

Qualifications
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Experience with JD Edwards or HFM is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-lookups.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Experience in financial data analysis and reporting.
