Your duties will include assembling project teams, delegating responsibilities, identifying necessary resources, and crafting schedules to guarantee timely project completion. You will also evaluate risks, foresee potential bottlenecks, manage escalations, make strategic trade-offs, balance business needs against technical limitations, and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking to enhance business outcomes.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess a solid technical foundation, be detail-oriented, and exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills. A passion for delivering scalable, timely solutions is essential, along with a commitment to nurturing high-performance teams through rigorous goal-setting, meticulous attention to performance metrics, continuous process enhancement, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete development lifecycle of intricate projects that span multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to formulate a strategy and roadmap that delivers compelling device capabilities aligned with business objectives.
  • Work in tandem with senior engineers and managers to devise the most effective technical design and approach for new product development.
  • Promote best practices for hardware/software development and documentation, ensuring designs meet specifications and delivering high-quality results within tight timelines.
  • Manage project priorities, planning of features, stakeholder engagement, and tracking of external commitments.
  • Coordinate with external dependencies, such as hardware and software vendors, to successfully deliver the product.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
  • 7+ years of direct experience working with engineering teams.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Experience in developing hardware products from design to field deployment.
