  • Prepare detailed reports and proposals that communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Maintain and develop a comprehensive client database to support business growth.

  • Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; a B.Arch or M.Arch accredited by NAAB or a BS in Engineering, Building Science, or a related field from an ABET accredited institution is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in building facilities consulting is required.
  • Alternatively, 4 years of experience as an ECS Facilities Associate II or an equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education is acceptable.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience managing structural or building enclosure projects, along with providing assessments and forensic services for the built environment, is essential.
