Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Driver Check-In Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery process, from checking in drivers to inspecting returned trailers and verifying returned goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check in delivery drivers and inspect all returning trailers
  • Verify returned goods and damaged product, making decisions about disposition
  • Re-enter goods into inventory and maintain accurate records of returns
  • File invoices and other documents on a daily basis
  • Receive delivery drivers' receipts of the day's customer deliveries and appointments as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6-12 months of administrative support and data entry experience
  • Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry)
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
