Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team at The Willows at Citation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their stay.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our residents.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, utilizing your expertise and training to provide life-saving measures when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for our residents.
Requirements
  • Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
  • Be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky.
  • Have experience in long-term care and a strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges of this setting.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of our residents.
