Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lead Groomer to join our team. As a Lead Groomer, you will be responsible for leading the operations of our mobile grooming business, including onboarding new associates, driving our state-of-the-art vans, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new associates and ensure completion of all training requirements and annual safety certifications.
  • Drive our state-of-the-art vans to scheduled appointments in the Augusta area.
  • Provide professional pet grooming services, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling.
  • Develop a local business growth and advertising strategy with other team members.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of our vans.
  • Schedule and manage appointments to maximize productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a professional pet groomer with a deep understanding of various grooming techniques and breed-specific cuts.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Passion for working with animals and ability to handle pets of all sizes, temperaments, and breeds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality grooming services.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours.
