Position Overview:

We seek individuals who embody teamwork, positivity, and a strong work ethic to uphold our standards and contribute to our growth. Available roles include Janitorial Manager, Site Lead, Janitor, Weekend Janitor, Window Technician, and Cleaning Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute cleaning services at both residential and commercial locations
  • Conduct post-construction cleanups, move-in/out cleanings, window washing, and regular house cleaning
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all premises
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and verify that cleaning equipment is operational
  • Engage in communication with supervisors, COO, Sales, and Human Resources
Qualifications:
  • Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or similar fields is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and communication skills
  • Capability to manage a physically demanding workload
Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Access to reliable transportation to job sites
  • Smartphone with service for timekeeping purposes
  • Residency in the job location
  • Ability to pass a drug screening within two weeks of employment
  • Detail-oriented mindset and a collaborative spirit
