We are seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS services, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Key Responsibilities:


Design and implement scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure on AWS.


Manage and optimize AWS services, including EC2, EKS, and other related services.


Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.


Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.


Ensure smooth operation of Unix/Linux servers and environments.


Design and manage microservices architecture for high performance and scalability.


Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.


Implement and manage messaging systems using Kafka.


Monitor and maintain system performance using New Relic and other monitoring tools.


Collaborate with development teams to integrate Java applications into the CI/CD pipeline.


Automate configuration management and deployment processes using Ansible.

Required Skills:


Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, etc.).


Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration.


Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code.


Solid understanding of Unix/Linux environments.


Experience with microservices architecture.


Strong programming skills in Python.


Experience with Kafka for messaging.


Proficiency with monitoring tools such as New Relic.


Knowledge of Java and its integration into CI/CD pipelines.


Experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.


Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:


AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar certification.


Experience with other CI/CD tools and practices.


Familiarity with other programming languages and tools.

Education:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
