Job Title: Busser AM

Job Summary:
The Busser AM is a vital member of our restaurant team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring a clean and welcoming environment throughout the day. As a Busser AM, you will work closely with our servers to clear and reset tables quickly, maximizing guest count and providing prompt service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and assisting with serving/clearing in a can-do fashion.
• Maintain assigned areas to provide a safe and clean environment at all times, including restaurants, bars, service areas, and equipment servicing these areas.
• Follow hotel safety and security policies and procedures, as well as OSHA guidelines, reporting issues to maintenance as needed.

Requirements:
• Ability to convey and comprehend information and ideas in English.
• Alcohol service training preferred, as is customer service training.
• Ability to use equipment such as vacuums, coffee and juice machines, etc.
• Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, mostly on your feet, and to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds frequently or constantly.
