Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Guam Radiology Consultants. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing anesthesia care in our operating room, endoscopy suite, and interventional suite. Our team operates as a collaborative unit, working closely with staff physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement anesthetic management for patients with accurate medical record documentation.
  • Provide continuous observation of patients under anesthetic care and correct abnormal patient responses, involving attending physicians as necessary.
  • Participate in and help develop performance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to legal and ethical standards of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, following safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
  • Act as a clinical resource to our interdisciplinary healthcare team, potentially serving as a mentor to new staff or students.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRNA, with a preference for 5 years or more.
  • CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with a current Registered Nurse/CRNA U.S. State or Territory License.
  • National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification, if applicable.
