Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the well-being of our animals, and your passion for animal welfare will be a driving force in our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your RVT license to the highest level, providing exceptional care to our patients.
  • Record accurate medical records using appropriate veterinary terminology.
  • Complete lab work as needed, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Perform radiology with an understanding of appropriate fields, providing critical diagnostic information.
  • Complete medical calculations as needed, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Understand veterinary pharmacology, ensuring safe and effective medication administration.
  • Log controlled medications, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
  • Clean and upkeep as needed, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Collaborate closely with DVMs and coworkers, providing exceptional teamwork and communication.
  • Communicate discharge instructions with owners, ensuring clear understanding and follow-up care.
  • Perform duties autonomously, taking initiative and responsibility for your work.
  • Act as a Modern Animal brand ambassador, implementing local marketing efforts to grow your clinic membership base as needed.
  • Grow and thrive in an environment of continuous learning, improvement, and excellence.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.50 - $39.10 per hour, with a sign-on bonus and equity grant units available as part of the compensation package. A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits will be provided, dependent on the position offered.
