We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Associate or Patent Agent to join our client's Intellectual Property team in Roseland, NJ, Centerville, UT, or Palo Alto, CA.

The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting, preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software, including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization, and cloud computing.

A degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, with work experience as a software developer, is required. The candidate must be admitted to the USPTO.
