About the Job

We are seeking a house cleaner responsible for cleaning vacation rentals, including large homes and small condos throughout the service region. The ideal candidate will have supreme attention to detail, be able to work independently, and be a part of a team on a mission.

Responsibilities
  • Proficiently execute cleaning responsibilities, optimizing workflow, speed, and quality
  • Clean 1-3 homes per day throughout the service region, organizing approach, and managing time
  • Properly follow processes for using apps and software for reporting and tracking time
  • Effectively communicate with team members and supervisor to complete work
Safety
  • Follow safety procedures and precautions performing tasks and using equipment/supplies
  • Participate in training on potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or hazardous chemicals
Requirements
  • Have your own vehicle and state minimum insurance coverage
  • Basic proficiency with computer and phone applications
  • Cleaning experience preferred, especially in vacation homes
  • Professionally and clearly communicate through reports and face-to-face
  • Ability to perform manual labor for long periods and move to/from and throughout homes
  • Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift up to 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet
