Job Description

We're seeking a Staff Data Scientist to play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying data science and ML models to revolutionize our business and customer experience. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to develop personalized customer models, solve complex problems, and set the direction for data science initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the thought leader for elucidating and demonstrating business opportunities through advanced Data Science models.
  • Coach and mentor technical analysts and data scientists in applying models, establishing best practices and standards.
  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced statistical and data science models across our growing business.
  • Advise and mentor on structural design of data, analysis, experiments, statistical modeling, and data science application.
  • Advance innovation and improvements to analytics techniques, approaches, and processes used across the company.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with big data tools and Interactive Computing Environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and MLOps tools and practices.
  • Proven track record of deploying and maintaining data science & machine learning algorithms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
