We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. This position would be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to homecare patients sections of Essex County, NJ such as Livingston & Caldwells.
Responsibilities:
Supports organization's mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workersAssesses and evaluates the needs of patients with multiple disease processes and co morbidities and develops an appropriate plan of careDocuments all changes in patient's condition and updates care plans and outcomesIdentifies teaching needs and plans appropriate strategies for individuals and familiesMonitors quality and appropriateness of services providedEstablishes and maintains professional working relationship with health care providers and other members of the disciplinary teams in providing patient and family careAdheres to agency infection control and safety policiesAdheres to the organization's policy in regards to absenteeism and appearanceOmission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position
Qualifications:
RN with Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred1+ year of supervised clinical experience as a registered nurseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsCar and valid driver's license
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors and outdoors with clinical equipment and use of phone and computer; Job characteristics: Client and Customer contact
