Pattern Setup Technician

As a Pattern Setup Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting patterns on molding lines, ensuring accurate and efficient production processes. You will work closely with our production team to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

• Set up and adjust patterns on molding lines according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and regulations
• Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and triloader, safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with production team members to resolve issues and improve processes

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or experience preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
