Role Overview:

The Camp Counselor I role at Griffith Family YMCA is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive environment that promotes physical activity, socialization, and learning.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement engaging program activities that cater to diverse needs and interests.
  2. Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  3. Maintain accurate records and follow YMCA policies to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
  4. Collaborate with the Youth & Family Director to achieve program goals and objectives.
