Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • IV certification required if required by state regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
  • BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
