Job Summary:
Brighton is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Ski Instructor Assistant to join our team. As a Ski Instructor Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced instructors to deliver exceptional ski lessons to children aged 4-12.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with children's ski lessons, providing a fun and safe experience on the slopes.
- Ride with children aged 4-7 on chairlifts, helping to build their confidence and skills.
- Support the ski school team with various tasks and responsibilities.
- Ensure that all children have a positive and enjoyable experience on the snow.
- Arrive at Brighton by 8:45 AM on scheduled workdays, ready to start the day.
Requirements:
- Ability to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with children aged 4-7.
- Happy and friendly presence, with a love of working with children.
- Ability to follow directions and safety protocols.
