Typical Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

We are in search of a Warehouse Operations Supervisor who can inspire excellence within their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient daily operations of the warehouse
  • Develop work schedules

  • Follow the GXO 7S program
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

To be considered, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and familiarity with computerized scanning equipment
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may involve weekends

It would be advantageous if you also possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related discipline
  • 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO certified environment
  • Background in Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL)

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to:

  • Lift items of various shapes, sizes, and weights
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Reach (including overhead), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel
  • Handle tools or equipment safely
  • Adapt to varying temperature conditions in the warehouse
