About the Job

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate therapist to join our team. In this role, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based treatments and interventions to address their unique needs. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with our dynamic team of professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Job Summary:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, etc.) or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience with completing documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
