• Full-time center-based therapy, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends and no contractual obligations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans
• Apply your creativity and advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment
• Guide children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions
• Document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs

Requirements:

• Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs
• Ability to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area
• Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time
• Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes
• Full range of motion of hands and arms
• Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time
• Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support
• Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Important Note: Safety is a priority at Lighthouse. You will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire
