Traveling Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. As a critical care travel nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our intensive care unit.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical equipment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform various medical procedures, such as inserting IV lines and ventilators
- Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team
- Current RN licensure in the state of New Mexico
- At least 2 years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This is a full-time, 13-week travel nurse assignment with a shift schedule of Monday through Friday, 7am-7pm. On-call requirements include after-hours coverage, including weekends, with a call schedule of 14-16 days per month.
