HR Systems Integration Specialist

Position Overview:
The primary function of the HR Systems Integration Specialist is to deliver technical support while ensuring the seamless operation and security of our systems. This role involves collaboration with various departments to enhance overall functionality. Candidates should possess a strong grasp of human resources principles and the systems they manage, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously. Responsibilities include analyzing and implementing new features, as well as providing training and documentation to facilitate user understanding.
Core Responsibilities:
- Enhance client satisfaction by introducing innovative system features and conducting training sessions for team members.
- Address and resolve inquiries from internal stakeholders related to payroll, benefits, taxation, leave management, system access, and other HR-related matters. Collaborate with external vendor support teams to troubleshoot specific technical issues and request software improvements.
- Function primarily as an individual contributor under the guidance of the director or team lead, with opportunities to lead smaller projects or participate in larger initiatives.
- Act as a project owner for various functionalities across platforms, such as Time and Attendance, Performance Management, or Expense Management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the information systems team and among the clients we serve.
- Perform additional tasks as necessary to meet the objectives of the role and the goals of OneDigital | Resourcing Edge.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution.
- Three to five years of relevant experience or training.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Familiarity with ERP and HCM software systems, with a capacity to quickly adapt to new software.
- Effective presentation skills and the ability to address inquiries from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
- Proficiency in performing calculations involving discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Self-driven and capable of thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate various scenarios with limited standardization.
- Ability to interpret diverse instructions presented in written, verbal, diagrammatic, or scheduled formats.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Payroll Professional or Fundamentals of Payroll Certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Windows and Excel.
- Adept at managing various client interactions and building strong client relationships.
Work Environment:
This position is based in an indoor office setting, characterized by excellent working conditions. Employees typically encounter a pleasant atmosphere, conducive to productivity.
