Key Responsibilities- Provide emergency medical care to patients in a hospital setting, utilizing your expertise and skills to make informed decisions and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in emergency medicine, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care.
- Meet the requirements for licensure, certification, and credentialing, as specified by the client and regulatory agencies.
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (EM) or Family Medicine (FM)/Internal Medicine (IM) with EM experience.
- Current ACLS/ATLS certification (for non-EM boarded physicians).
- COVID-19 vaccine or exemption required.
- Active Tennessee medical license.
- Proficiency in Cerner EMR system.
