Veterinarian Position

Southern Veterinary Partners is seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team at Colonial Heights Animal Hospital. As a veterinarian, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients while developing strong relationships with their owners.
Responsibilities- Perform physical examinations, surgeries, and dentistry while prioritizing client communication and education.
- Develop and present treatment plans, educate clients on preventative health care, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine through ongoing education and training.
- Collaborate with the paraprofessional team to deliver exceptional client service and high-quality care.
- Represent the hospital positively in the professional community and to the general public.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
- Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Texas.
- Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members.
- Veterinarians always earn their base salary and never owe any money at the end of the year.
