About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a PHP Mental Health Specialist, you will work with adolescents aged 13-17 who are at risk for psychiatric hospitalization or out-of-home placement due to suicidality or risk to self or others.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to adolescents in a PHP setting
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field
  • Licenses/Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification and hold a License in the State of Practice in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
