Compass Group USA is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Utility to join our team. As a Food Service Utility, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Sweep and mop floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
  • Remove trash and place it in designated containers.
  • Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
  • Load or unload and deliver supplies and product as needed.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as required.
  • Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Two years of previous food service experience is preferred.
