Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to provide support and accommodations for students with communication disorders
  • Provide classroom support and consultation to teachers on strategies for supporting students with communication needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current licensure as an SLP
  • Ability to obtain DE state licensure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other professionals
