Porsche Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Porsche Technician to join our team at The Niello Company. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues on high-performance vehicles, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of quality and productivity.

• Diagnose and repair complex issues on Porsche vehicles, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of repairs and recommendations for future maintenance
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet productivity standards
• Stay up-to-date with manufacturer technical bulletins and participate in ongoing training and development

• 2+ years of experience as a Porsche Technician or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong knowledge of Porsche vehicles, including mechanical systems, electrical systems, and diagnostic procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• Competitive hourly rate: $32.00 per hour, plus bonus up to $10,000.00 per month
