What We're Looking For
We're seeking an Archer Sales Team Member who is passionate about archery and has a strong desire to help others. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their archery needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Be knowledgeable of our archery products and services, making recommendations and providing demonstrations as needed.
- Assist customers with their purchases, processing transactions and handling returns and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise and tidying up displays.
- Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to management, helping us to improve our products and services.
