Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific client needs and goals.
  • Provide high-quality therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and tools to promote effective communication and language development.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support client success and achieve communication goals.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide input on speech and language goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the state of employment.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
