Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, cheerful, and professional service to patients and their families
  • Manage patient scheduling, telephone calls, and data entry with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Ability to meet minimum hospital hiring standards
  • One year of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting
