Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant facilities and equipment, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Supervisor to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise and train less experienced maintenance employees to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the plant.
Requirements
  • AA or equivalent from a technical college or vocational institution, or 10-15 years of industrial mechanical experience.
  • Predictive and preventative maintenance experience, with knowledge of plant operations, production maintenance, and machine shop principles.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in project work, fabrication, mechanical, electrical, and electronic principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, as well as work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a cooperative manner with craft workers, laborers, and other team members.
